How to Solve VVDI Prog “Device Error” Issue?

 One customer ran into a problem when using Xhorse VVDI PROG software. It says: “Device Error, please check USB driver.” He sent 2 images of the issue for help.

Solution

The problem is what the old version of VVDI Prog soflware V4.8.2 is still been using. Please download latest version V4.9.6 to solve the problem.
