How to add ID49 flip key to Ford Fusion 2013 by VVDI Key tool max?

Confirmed: Xhorse VVDI Key tool max + Mini OBD tool are able to add ID49 flip key to ford fusion 2013 via OBD. Path: China market -> select by model -> Fusion 2006-2009-> Mondeo -> New Mondeo.
new mondeo is id49, mondeo is 4d.

In mini obd tool, there is only China Market for Ford, Is there any difference between China market and usa market?

I think the only difference is europe market, because china and usa are compatible in the menu, can be used to program but europe no, they have different immo sometimes.
